Late Night Spot is an independent directory for late-night cafes, kava bars, alcohol-free spaces, and community events. This notice covers the information submitted through our community-interest form.

What we collect

When you submit the form, we collect your email address, the role and location you choose, your optional note, the page where you submitted the form, and basic campaign parameters such as UTM tags. We record whether you separately asked for email updates. We do not intentionally store your precise GPS location with this form.

How we use it

We use submissions to understand which cities, venues, and community needs to research next; respond to owner or organizer interest; improve the directory; and, only when you opt in, prepare occasional Late Night Spot updates. We do not sell submitted email addresses.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Supabase stores private submissions. If we begin sending confirmation or update emails, an email delivery provider such as Resend may process the address for that purpose.

Choices and retention

Email updates will include an unsubscribe method. Unsubscribing will not be reversed by submitting the interest form again. We keep community signals only as long as they remain useful and delete or de-identify stale unconfirmed records as part of routine maintenance.

Questions or deletion requests

Use the community-interest form with the same email address and choose “Something else.” Do not select the optional updates box. We will verify requests before changing or deleting a record.

This notice will be updated before user accounts, venue claims, payments, or precise-location features are introduced.
