About Floyd's Coffee House & Wine Bar

Chapman and Inglis began their earlier Floyd’s coffee businesses in 2004, sold those shops in 2018 and returned when the former Palio space became available in 2023. The new cafe extends into wine-bar service while continuing to offer coffee and desserts, making it useful for an evening group with different orders in mind.

Local suppliers are part of the menu: coffee is roasted in Portland, Smith provides the teas and Bakeshop supplies pastries. Food includes sandwiches, bagels and plates of cheese or charcuterie. The sweets are a distinct reason to stop in, with affogato, molten chocolate cake and a warm apple pastry listed alongside the pastry case.
